Pricing

Flat-fee of $375 or $750* per month

Includes the following:

• Setting up Quickbooks Online for your business (if applicable)

• Accounts payable/ account receivables

• Creating, tracking, and distributing invoices

• Monthly credit card & bank reconciliation to balance books

• Payroll/ timesheets *

• Payment processing

• Purchasing & follow-up coordination

• Expenditure, expenses, and revenue tracking

• Collection and processing of expense documents (receipts, bills, and recurring invoices)

• Data Entry

• Quarterly, Monthly, and Annual reports

• Financial advising

• And anything else that may arise to help with your businesses' needs. We are flexible and here to allow you to primarily focus on your business while we handle the backend and finances.
